The first 30 days of a new janitorial contract are when most problems surface. Scope mismatches, crew-to-facility fit, key or access-code issues, consumable quantities — these are things that no amount of pre-contract conversation fully resolves until the crew is in the building. Our process is structured around catching and correcting those issues in the first 30 days, before they become long-term friction.

1
Walkthrough
A supervisor walks every area of your facility with you. We measure, photograph, count restrooms, count fixtures, note floor types, identify high-traffic zones, document access logistics, and ask about any areas with special requirements. This takes 20–45 minutes for most facilities.
-
2
Written scope delivered
Within 48 hours of the walkthrough, you receive a scope document listing every area, every task, and every frequency. You also receive a flat monthly price. Review it, mark it up, send questions — we revise until the scope reflects what you actually need.
-
3
Crew assignment and briefing
Once the scope is signed, we assign a named crew and supervisor to your building. The crew is briefed on the scope before the first night. Access credentials and any security protocols are confirmed in writing.
-
4
First clean
The supervisor is on-site for the first clean. Every task on the scope is verified complete before the crew departs. Any issues found — areas that need extra initial attention, scope items that need adjustment — are noted and resolved within 24 hours.

5
Two-week check-in
We contact you at the two-week mark. This is a structured check-in, not a customer service call. We ask specifically about missed items, quality concerns, access issues, and consumable levels. Problems identified here are corrected before the next service visit.
-
6
30-day review
At 30 days, the supervisor revisits the facility for a formal quality inspection. The scope is reviewed against observed conditions. If adjustments are needed — adding tasks, removing tasks, changing frequency — the scope is revised and repriced at that point. No surprises at renewal.
Response Time Commitment
Complaints and missed-task reports are responded to within one business day. If a task is confirmed missed and it was on the scope, we return and complete it at no additional charge. We do not bill for corrections to our own work.
