Do you require long-term contracts?
Initial contracts run 90 days, after which you can cancel with 30 days' written notice. We do not lock customers into multi-year agreements. If we are not doing the job, you should be able to leave.
What happens if a task is missed?
Report it in writing — email or phone. If the task was on the scope and we missed it, we return and complete it at no charge within one business day of the report. We do not dispute scope items that are in writing.
Do you supply paper, soap, and liners?
That is a scope item we discuss at walkthrough. We can supply consumables and bill cost-plus, or you can supply them and we restock from your storage room. Either way, it goes in writing so there is no confusion about who is responsible for a restroom being out of paper towels.
Are your crews employees or subcontractors?
The crews who clean your building are employees of our operation, not independent subcontractors. They are covered under our workers' compensation policy. We do not 1099 cleaning crews and push the liability onto them.
How do you handle building access and keys?
Access logistics are documented before the first clean — key code, fob, lockbox, or contact protocol. We do not share access credentials with anyone outside the assigned crew and supervisor. Any access change is logged in writing with a date.
Do you clean schools and government buildings?
Yes. School and municipal buildings are a significant part of our West Valley work. We are familiar with the procurement and insurance documentation those facilities typically require. Provide a list of required documents with your quote request and we will confirm what we carry.
What is your service radius?
25 miles from Youngtown. That covers Sun City, El Mirage, Peoria, Surprise, Glendale, Sun City West, Waddell, and Phoenix. If your facility is at the edge of that radius, ask — we will confirm before the walkthrough rather than discover it afterward.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes, included with every written quote. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation. If your facility needs to be named as an additional insured, we provide that at no additional cost. Details are on our insured and bonded page.
How quickly can you start?
Most new contracts start within 7–14 days of signing the scope document. Walkthrough and scope delivery happen within 48 hours of your quote request. If you need to start faster, say so on the form and we will tell you whether it is possible.
