• Vacuuming: all carpeted areas, including under desks and in corners
• Hard floor care: sweeping and mopping tile, VCT, and sealed concrete
• Trash removal: all bins emptied and relined
• Restroom cleaning: toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors scrubbed and disinfected; consumables restocked
• Break room: counters, sink, and microwave exterior
• Surface dusting: desks, shelves, and window ledges
• Glass and mirrors: interior glass and partitions

Common Add-Ons Priced Separately

• Carpet extraction
• Floor stripping, waxing, and buffing
• Exterior window washing
• High dusting above reach height
• Post-construction or event cleanup
• Consumables restocking package (paper, soap, liners) if not already bundled

Customization Should Be Standard

If you have a server room that should never be entered, or specific equipment in a break room, tell your provider before the contract is written. A well-structured scope reflects your actual facility, not a generic template.
